I recently established an account on X10hosting, and I have been trying unsuccessfully for days to set up my FTP program to connect to my account. There are, of course, multiple problems that make me run around in circles and waste hours just trying to know what to do. I still don't know what to do, so rather than continue to waste time finding information that doesn't seem to exist in a recognizable format, I will see if anyone here can be of assistance.

To use FTP, I need just a few simple things.

1. My url; I know what this is.
2. My cPanel username. This is my email address, correct?
3. My cPanel password. I don't have one, and never received one. I can't log onto cPanel, and there is no mechanism for creating a new password. Thus I am stuck in limbo.

How do I get the password?

Your cPanel username is ataturk

To reset your password Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on Change cPanel Password on Right Sidebar. Reset your cpanel password there.
