Help with Co.CC domain register and make it work with X10Hosting.

I believe I posted in wrong forum before so I am posting here to see if anyone can guide me to solve my situation.

Here is my account information. Co.CC domain and X10Hosting both are free at this point.
(used *** to hide my info little not sure if it is necessary....)
Hosting Type -Ad-Free

Email Address -*****@*****.com

Account ID -*****

Username -*****

Domain -youngkim.co.cc

Server -Cossacks.x10

Creation Date -12:54am fri, dec 18 2009

Package -adfree-adfree

Advertisement -Not Required

Disk Space -1024M allotted

Bandwidth -10240M allotted

PHP Version -5.2.8 Version 1 - Basic

1. During register I saw free domain name with my own name with Co.CC.
2. Created my website(youngkim.co.cc) and finished registering with X10 Hosting.

My questions.
1. I was not able to find how to use FTP(using cyber duck) to upload my files?
I tried by typing
Server: Cossacks.x10
username: *****
password: *****

I get
DNS Error: Connection failed
Cossacks.x10: Cossacks.x10.

I used forum login ID and password, x10hosting Id and password and none of them worked.

2. I googled so many times to see what I can do set up the Co.CC server but all failed.
There are Name Server, Zone Records, or URL Forwarding option. Most help or goggle results simply guide to do URL forwarding; however, I do not have an website to forward at this point.
What do I need to put into Name Server 1, 2 and etc????

3. What else need to be done here?

1. To access FTP you have to use following info

servername ftp.youngkim.co.cc
username <yourcpanelusername>
password <yourcpanelpassword>

Upload the files to /public_html

2. Name servers

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

nameservers propagation may take 24 to 48 hours.

3.
That all to point the domain to your account.
