    Do My IP Will Be Block ?

    Hi everyone,

    I'm new and just want to ask a question.

    I intend to use webuider to built my site. If I'm keeping on refreshing the site, will my IP be block ?

    Please advice before I set out my web building journey.

    Depends how often, but if you are using a web based interface you shouldn't get blocked. I occasionally get blocked when using ftp to upload/download files, but get unblocked again after 5-15 minutes. (Uploading / downloading /deleting lots of small files is what gets you blocked, since you have then get lots of requests per second, which can seem like a ddos attack to the firewall.)

    Guess I have to take precaution in my site building as keep on refreshing may cause
    thoughts of ddos attack.

    Hope fully my simple site building is successful. Thanx.

    Refreshing shouldn't cause it though, because I doubt you will be refreshing a page many times a second (Maybe I'm underestimating you). I've never had problems when editing something, uploading it, and refreshing it, only with large amounts of files.
