How do i upload web applicaion

Hi Everyone!!
I have to publish my web application on x10hosting.com. I use Visual Studio Team System 2008 for development. Now i have created space on this x10hosting.com with url gpf.x10hosting.com. it is free hosting space. i want to know that when i publish my site, using the IDE, first ask for target location and i entered in textbox-" ftp://gpf.x10hosting.com". Is this correct? again it asks for username and password, i entered the required information which i used during creation of the space on x10hosting in the textboxes. But the wizard ask again and again username and password. i also tried to enter site url gpf.x10hosting.com as username but it does not allow. what is wrong i do ?

The username is not your website name... it should be the same as your cpanel username (gpf.x10hosting.com:2082).
