uploading python files (.py)

i wish to upload .py files onto the server but was unable to run the page.
i write html codes inside the python files.
Currently i am using my school server which is able to serve the pages out nicely
Please advise.

The python environment needs to be loaded on any machine you intend to run .py files on.
