hola, no puedo entrar a mi ftp, lo ago desde el programa que indico en el titulo

me pone lo siguiente:

¿Que información estás usando para entrar?
Debes usar la siguiente:

Host: elblocke.x10hosting.com
Port: 21
Usuario: EL MISMO QUE CPANEL
Contraseña: LA MISMA QUE CPANEL

fedlerner, en mi caso uso filezilla, noc si en smart sea igual pero yo debo poner el prefijo ftp. ^^

Ejemplo:
Host: ftp.elblocke.x10hosting.com
Port: 21
Usuario: EL MISMO QUE CPANEL
Contraseña: LA MISMA QUE CPANEL

pongo esa info pero no me entra, ahora intentare otra ves y les cuento
