Help with web design in firefox and all other browsers except IE

Hu guys,

Merry Christmas! I have designed a website using XHTML and CSS through a CMS. However one part of it doesn't seem to want to work in all browsers (i think) except IE. go to brokenfor.x10hosting.com and look, in IE, at the flash music player bottom right. It loads fine in IE but won't load the flash music player in Firefox, Opera, etc. This causes(i think) the box to move and shuffle destroying the look of the website. Does anyone have any ideas why it's not loading or how to atleast keep the box inline? It could just be that the flash keeps it in line and when it doesn't load it causes it to move. Or it could be that Firefox and the rest generate the website from the code differently to IE. Anyone got any ideas?

It displays in Opera, but Firefox doesnt reckognize the <object> tags
Firefox prefers <embed> tags

I tried adding the code it didn't stop the design from mucking up. If you look at it in IE it's fine, none of the boxes at the bottom move. But in Firefox they do and Opera aswell and others. Anyone else got any ideas, mistake in the code, etc.?
