Well this is going to give Photoshop a massive boost for yeas to come, but this could make it the Microsoft of web design. Both companies have good programs but I’ll be watching what happens.

    hi there!!!

i agree with Seeker_952... they both have great s\ware but some small MM programs could vanish...

the nxt product could be called Adobe Flash MX Professional 2006....

i checked my calendar to check whether Today was 1st but isn't....

When I read this news, i nearly got a heart attack!
    Adobe aquire Macromedia?

Doesn't Macromedia sells its studio software for like $1000?
And Adobe only sells for like a couple of hundred?
How did they get the money to buy over Macromedia?
And why did Macromedia agree to that?

This is quite a major change in the designing industry...

are they really going to change their name to adobemedia? you're kidding right?

i doubt they'd change all their product names.. they'd probably have the same names but will now have a greater workforce of programmers, and all profits are shared since its one company
