make life like animation

What program do i use to make life like animations. lets say i want to make an animation of a land with all the seaons combined. So theres leaves falling snow falling and like wind blowing. And i wnat the pic to be moving. What program am i using to make this?

If any1 has seen harry potter 3 the movie theirs intros like leaves falling off a tree. I need to make stuff like that. What program shood i use. Pref a flash?

Thanks. Cuz im working ona series of movies/tv show(no details allowed) and i need to make like a island with all the seasons combined but a close up pic as if your looking out of some1s eyes and i need it to be like moving. Wind snow trees blowing leaves falling ect.

Ehh, flash could take a while if you're only using flash.

Maybe Swift3D (Flash 3D modeling program) although it'll cost money, but I would suggest that, or some sort of 3D modeling program, rendering the frames into a folder, than load it into flash frames.

That will take a while, just to tell you
