    Are you asking how to? You can install it using Softaculous in cPanel.

    yes it works great and can be installed with basically 1 click through the scripts installer from your cpanel. even on free sites. it's what i use.

    It is legal, the only one that I believe they do not like is Hacked VBulliten or something like that. I used Joomla for a while, prefer Wordpress. They have an installer which works great, it is on your CPanel, look it up, Softculous,
