Mail for my team website using a 3rd party app.

I want to give my teammates an email address on the site and let them access their webmail using a 3rd party application. How do I do this?

you can see the settings in your "Email Accounts" section

click on configure mail client. It shows how to access the mails though mail clients like thunderbird etc.

I tried that on my laptop(which is windows 7 so no outlook express), and when I tried to do it manually it never sent any test messages.
