New Zealand based sites. Any comments/critism/suggestions?

Will launch this site soon, just need to decide on a name and domain. Current name is temporary.
The about page covers what it's about. The forum is where most of the activity should go.
I have just used some freely available themes.
I'll probably add adverts eventually, but I'd like to keep it clean until I get a decent membership.

I want visitors to sign up at the forums. Anything I should to to encourage that?
Also, is there a way I can link the user accounts for Wordpress and my SMF forum?

The layout is fine and your blue theme looks cool.But you need to add some more content to your site.

I know I need to work on content.

The site is on Google now and gets decent ranking in New Zealand, thankfully. Hopefully I get some forum posters.
