Dreamweaver problems

Hi Guys;
Am looking for some assistance with solving a problem with the menu on my website which was built
with Dreamweaver. Specifically - all of a sudden none of my links are working.

The site was not built by me but by a friend. I do not have the Dreamweaver program on my PC and therefore
I have very limited knowledge of the code.

Help!!!
