When improving things why would somebody remove the good stuff? There's no sens in disabling credit system so no, it's not disabled for good. It's just not implemented in the new vB4 yet.

Everything is still saved, I'm sure. Corey and the other staff are working on bigger issues right now and will hopefully get credits activated again soon.
