Problem! What's going on with the email?

I've been having trouble with my email. Recently, the server hasn't been responding. Yesterday was pathetic and today it's impossible! I've tried Windows Mail (the one I always use), Horde (gets fatal error) and Squirrel (won't load or gets error). This is frustrating since it is for business. Any idea what's going on???
