All day long, or so it seems. Typically it's a snack an hour.

Depends on how much I drink/eat. Normally it's twice a day, sometimes it's an hour or two.

Never. I don't use the site

Whenever Trillian says I have mail, and 3 times a day to check to see if anything arrived in the spam folder. The sandboxes I run I check daily.

Eat: Twice a day. I've not included Snacks cause it starts at the morning and ends at the night (only when I'm at home).

Go to the toilet?: Once or Twice unless something wrong with my belly

Use facebook?: nearly equal to 0.1 times a day

Use x10forums?: Approximately 10 times a day (depends on how busy I am)

Check your e-mail?
: When GTalk tell me or when I register to any site and have got any email. Nearly 10 times a day.

Eat? Officially, three times a day. But continually :D
Go to the toilet? Ew?
Use facebook? I get notifications pushed to me and I can easily get 100 notifications a day, so 100 times a day
Use x10forums? Continually for a couple hours a day
Check your e-mail? They get pushed
