ino they take awhile but if there servers went down or didn't work proper what would you rather have an x10email that doesn't work because no ones looking after the servers are wait abit and have fully working up to date serversit take time pal but you will get it lol

It generally takes a while. But Before about 4 years ago when I got mine it only took 24 hours.
