i got some files i need atm and they are on the FTP

about 1 year my account got suspended and now i want to re activate it again. I can login to account but cannot use free host. what should i do?

I got suspended for sending too many emails with my vbulletin, I swear to god I was sending a reminder email to inform my members my site was back up now it's back offline please can you unsuspend it for me?
