Ok now that the person who was making my stuffs account was deleted and now hes to busy. I need some one to make my layout and my members area. I am offering a 7000 point total.

The layout:

Ok so I need a layout thats cool and funky for my layout. I want soemthing funky cool and neat. For color wise I want dark with like yellow orange and maybe some light blue? You design it to make it funky cool and hip.

Members Login:

Ok so I wnat the members log in to go with my layout with the following:

1>Let your users register and update their profile.
2>Let your users browse other profiles/member-only content.
3>Admin panel to see, edit, delete profiles.
4>Self registration
5>Private Messaging Sytem
6> Badge Placement kinda thing
7>Them to be able to post comments in cutenews
8>staff acounts mayeb they can add/edit news in cutenews and edit their cutenews details ect?

Haha, he basically wants a CMS built from scratch. I would take an already existing one and just theme it/mod it around a bit, much easier. But however DeadDevil is going to do this for your, I garuantee it won't be fast.
