$30 for Coding of Small Webpage

I will pay $30 USD via PayPal to anyone that can create a simple webpage. I need the webpage to show images and the end user to be able to name the things in those images. When they named them all, it should take them to another page where it tells them if they are wrong or right.

Ill try my hand with this. Is there a theme for the logos you want? any other details that i should know about? Oh how many logos altogether? Time aloud?
