The easiest way to install joomla is by softaculous...

    Go to your cpanel http://kuzne4ik.exofire.net:2082
    and then click on softaculous

Then Click on joomla on left sidebar. and click the install button.

If you need extensions for Joomla, free or commercial, goto joomla.org and click on extensions. Most of them will describe them, how they work, have a manual for installation and using, and usually a forum for bugs and problems.

is it true that the joomla edition that came along with fantastico bundled or softaculous, is not as safe as if you were installed it by the stable official version from Joomla.org?

No, it's the same version that Joomla released. Now you may have to update patches and whatnot, but I believe that whatever version you install is the latest stable version from the coders.
