    So the one you can current play and which is free is
    seafight.

    burningsea comes out in jjan 22 2008 and be very good

    I was a bit confused when i saw the word 'pirate' lol. I thought you meant it the illeagal way ;) I think Pirates of the Carribean is the best by the way.

    I participated in the beta for Pirates of the Burning Sea and it's not a very good game... The sailing is kinda fun, but the combat and missions are lame.

    I haven't played the other two so I really can't comment on them.
