Cant tell if my website would be allowed

So, i opened up a ticket, but after looking through the forums and everything, well, i guess this may be a better solution. Ofcourse i do consider myself a patient person and its been about 20 hours since i sent in my ticket. anyway, after looking at the terms of service and all the other rules for hosting, i still cant really tell if my site would be allowed to be hosted on here. So here is a copy and paste of what i sent.

What i would like to use this hosting service for is for 2 things, For my Fansubbing team as well as my own Manga and Doujins as i am an aspiring Manga-ka. so ya, I do not believe i am breaking any rules, and i believe anything goes as long as you have someone's permission. i mean, if Kodokawa gave me permission to upload full episodes of Suzumiya Haruhi, that would be ok right? (just using that as an example).

Yep, your web site seems okay, as long as you are the owner of the material. The TOS mainly forbids use of x10 for hosting other people's work, such as image hosting.

Just make sure that the owner of the "fan" work is ok with you "Dubbing" it. Otherwise you'd be violating DMCA.

It sounds alright to me. As long as you keep up with getting permission from the copyright owners, you should be fine. You also might want to stay on top of informing the staff of the permissions you've been granted because otherwise they won't know you are allowed to post copyrighted material.
