can't publish folder

I want to share the folder but it said the URL is invalid. I uploaded the files into the public folder.
Help me, sorry I'm new at this.
Here's the URL:
http://directus.x10hosting.com
here's the folder I want to show (but couldn't):
http://directus.x10hosting.com/public_html/VNMAP

remove the public_html part. directus.x10hosting.com is the same as public_html. you are saying public_html/public_html right now ;)
