"Error fetching zone data" when creating MX entries

hi,

can anyone help me to resolve "Error fetching zone data" when creating MX entries for my parked domain - 1inchsqft.com.sg

i think i screwed something up cos iam quite sure i can add the entries at 1st. please help! thnks!

Are you doing this through google apps? If that is the case, use the HTML file method. It is very quick and easy.

hey man!was gonna thank u for the tip on google apps, but i couldnt add mx entries for google server...its this error fetching zone data which i realized thru searches is a common problem which the amin can easliy fix. still waiting em to solve my problem...btw i think yre talking about the domain verification, yup i used the html...youre a great help!:laugh:

hi anyone that can help, i know its rude to keep asking, and its free hosting and stuff, but iam quite desperate, how long does it usually takes to get help around here? i also sent a ticket but still no avail....thinking of remove the whole domain and restart again..dunno wheter it will work?

It'd be worth a try to remove it and restart. Today is a holiday in the US so the staff may be occupied with their real lives :P

hahhaha i tot so..no wonder...memorial day in the states..we here at the other end of the globe are kinda oblivious abt it...thanks guys! at least theres still hope:lockd: but i'll jus try to restart n see if it works..no harm i suppose..cheers!!

hey guys..u know wat? it WORKED!!! hahaha i jus removed the domain and added it back, as simple as that..now even my gmail has started to work i can recieve and send mails!!...bet its some cpanel bug or something...
