trouble creating hosting account

exactly how long does it take to receive the confirmation email? I signed up like 3 days ago with the username Alien18, email btwaves@aol.com (I know this isnt official support, so its not likely anyone would have access to the queue, but just in case you do and want to check my position). And it's not like i can redo the process, because i'm now blocked out of hosting signup with the message "you already have a hosting account, use it".
