Copyright Issues about stuff on website & x10hosting terms

I don't know about much about copyright issues.
Is it a breach of terms to do the following:

Music
The use of all music are not for downloads. It is only used to the enrichment of my website (eg play backgorund music, better sound effects)

1) Put personally-recorded music/songs/soundtracks (eg on radios, TVs) on my website
2) Put purchased music/songs/soundtracks on my website
3) Put Internet music/songs/soundtracks (eg found on Google; asking or asked permissions from author/webmaster) on my website

Images/Graphics
Again the use of all images/graphics are NOT for downloads. It is only used to the enrichment of my website (eg better web design, illustrative or informational purposes)
4) Put scanned/snapshoted images/graphics (eg from my books, magazines) on my website
5) Put purchased images/graphics (eg artworks purchased from store) on my website
6) Put Internet images/graphics (eg found on Google; asking or asked permissions from author/webmaster) on my website

Referenced Stuff
7) Copy and paste Internet texts or any other stuff on my website (with proper reference to the source, &/or to the author/webmaster)
Make copyrighted stuff (but freely available to download on author's website, NOT illegal or non-distributable stuff) (eg Shockwave plugins) on my website (with proper reference to the source, &/or to the author/webmaster)

Even if you purchased the music, it's still not yours. It's your album, but the music still belongs to the artist. That's why they call it "Piracy", and that's why all these big P2P companies are getting in trouble.

Yes, I understand that I am not allowed to distrubite my purchased stuff.
But now the point is I'm going to use my stuff to decorate my website (for my own use) ONLY, but NOT to distribute it, so what do you think?

The terms of service states that NO copyrighted material on the server. It doesnt matter if its for your own personal use or not, its not allowed.

dude i was on the same issue as yerself. i got a plain n simple answer NO! u aint allowed any kinda music like that not even for a bkgrnd unless its used for under 20 seconds!<-- Is this not correct?

3) not allowed unless you have specific permission from the creator (not just the guy where you found the files
4)normally not allowed unless you ask permission (i think)

Anything copyrighted is not allowed withhout permission from the author of the work in question.
