Automatic suspention endless cycle

Lately, whenever I try to access my phpBB3 forum I get an automatic suspension with the reason: "High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 15;30;[...] minutes."

The thing is I've just started building the website and there is no reason for a forum with no activity to eat the server resourses like that.

The suspension script is a bit sensitive at the moment. This will be sorted with the coming upgrades.
