Help! My site sometimes open and sometimes doesnt opens

Hello!
Just a few days back, I shifted from my earlier host to x10hosting. My site is techcheck.co.in
Though I have not yet made a homepage, I have installed forum (powered by SWF) on forum.techcheck.co.in
My problem is that the site (forum) opens sometime and doesn't open manytimes. My friends also getting the same problem. I have not even completed the website completely (though forum is complete), already I am getting problems. I am thinking how reliable the servers are . Can someone help me please?

Even if it opened, my friend faced problems during registration. Somehow, he registered, again he and me are facing problem with login

Now I have put up a homepage thats working but the forum is still not working properly...

My site is forum.techcheck.co.in
It has a forum (powered by SWF). This site doesn't open most of the times. If it opens, its not possible to login or register. It is installed very recently. What could be wrong?

When I saw, I had several error logs. All errors were same. Here's the error:

I have fixed the problem. A half year old post solved my problem. Thanks for you support and sorry for any trouble.
Just in case anybody have similar problem with SMF i.e the page appears blank manytimes, just go to the address:
(ur forum address)/index.php?action=featuresettings;sa=layout

and disable "hostname lookups"
