When you create an Addon domain or a sub-domain, you have to wait 6-12h to let the php be updated for that domain.

If that time has passed and you are still having problems, please ask for support.

How to unsuspend your account due to inactivity:

To unsuspend your account please do the following:

1. Go to the Account Panel page located here.
2. Click View Suspension Report
3. Click Unsuspend Now.


To avoid from being suspended in the future make sure that you log in to the forums at least once every 31 days.

If you are unable to unsuspend yourself please create a ticket here.

Para desuspender tu cuenta, por favor, haz lo siguiente:

1. Ve a la página de desuspensión que se encuentra aquí
2. Haz click en Check Suspension Reason.
3. Escribe tu nombre de cPanel en el cuadro de texto y haz click en Check Suspension Reason una vez mas.
4. Haz click en Unsuspend Now.

Para evitar ser suspendido en un futuro de nuevo, asegurate de entrar a los foros una vez cada dos semanas.
