Can not access site, login to c.panel or ftp

Hi,

I signed up several hours ago while Stoli was still down (at that point it was just HTTP down which later became all down) and after getting the required emails was still unable to access the site or c.panel. I left it because I saw the update messages but now stoli has been running for hours but I still can't access much. The exact problems are:
The only things I can access are the forums and the account panel.
The account panel shows my site at: http://treehugger.elementfx.com but going there gets a server not found message
The account panel shows that c.panel should be as above with :2082 but that also gets the server not found. (I saw on other threads some people had sign-in problems with c.panel but mine doesn't get that far)
I also tried accessing the site with ftp but also got nowhere.
I'm wondering if the hosting account was created but not properly set up during the problems with stoli?

Plan: Ad-Enhanced (Advanced)
Server: Stoli

Unfortunately, this hasn't helped. I still can't actually get to anywhere that allows me to enter a username and password (c.panel).

The site for the c.panel http://treehugger.elementfx.com:2082 and the actual site itself http://treehugger.elementfx.com simply can't be accessed by the browser, both IE and Firefox, Firefox states 'server not found'

Try logging out, clearing temp files / cookies and flushing your DNS. Both addresses load fine.
