help needed please, unable to log inot cpanel or x10hostings account page

HI i posted this thread and it was closed. i am aware thart the first time i started an account it was suspended and terminated, but i had created a new account then and was activly using it. it seems to have stopped working about 1 week ago, i thought it may have hust been server issues, b ut obviously i was wrong. THe account i made after the first one was suspended in nov had cpanel username murtazah,not murtaza1. the url was china.x10hosting.com of my website. Please help

The account is showing suspended because your forums account is not linked to your hosting account. Please link your accounts.

as far as i was aware they were linked from before as i linked them and my site was up for bout 3 months, after my fisrt one got suspended. AH well ill just see if i can link em again
