Secure FTP Problem

I am facing problems with secure FTP.

Unknown host key

The server's host key is not cached in the registry.
You have no guarantee that the server is the computer you
think it is.
Details:
Host : ftp.MYDOMAIN.x10hosting.com:22
Fingerprint:ssh-rsa 2048 99:.......:2char:2char:.........
Trust this host and carry on connecting

I click OK but then connection timed out comes and could not connect to server.

I use FileZilla 3.0.4.1.

Please connect to port 21.

No the normal ftp port for x10hosting is 21. Free hosting accounts do not get SSH access.
