CPanel Login & Linking

Hello
I'm unable to login to my CPanel.
I am able to login to Forum.
When I try to login to "http://x10hosting.com/account" I am asked to link my form and CPanel accounts.
When I enter my username, I am told it does not exist.
Can you help?

same here..dunno whats happening..
i dont know if my cpanel works but when i try to link i get a "account does not exist" could this be because our accounts arent approved yet?

I'm guessing you have had your website unlinked for a while and it has been terminated or it is a problem with your server. What is your server?

try making a free domain and do it then you'll see. you cant even log in with your cpanel account!

I also have same problem. I have even reset my password through forum but some how cpanel login and linking the account after login to x10hosting is not happening.

somebody should solve the issue.
