Enabling IP addresses in your firewall.

Hello,

First I would like to state my problem
Ok I have coded a Java server which has a highscores, that should connect to x10's MySQL. Then I use that information in MySQL and make it a highscores.php and put it on my website. All that is done, but my problem here is that apparently my IP addresses that I am hosting my server on, are not in x10hosting's firewall.

This was stated by "Corey" to me:

If your program is not located on the server it won't be able to connect unless we add the static IP of where it is coming from to our firewall.

So I was just wondering if either Corey, or any other administrator that has access to this enable my IP addresses, which are needed to host the server.

They are:

99.227.226.9
192.168.0.101


Please reply if you can, because that would be greatly appreciated and please reply if you can't with a reason stated or explanation.

As far as I know 192.168.0.101 is not a valid ip address since it's a local ip not an external ip.
You need external static ip addressess.

192.168.0.101, is not a valid external IP, as aneotoena stated. But since Brandon added the IP to the Firewall, it should work now. Man i love x10's staff.. they're AMAZING.

Edit:
OK here is our new problem. For some reason Your MySQL denies the "INSERT" command. May I know why. Because when I run my java server, it connects fine to MySQL but MySQL denies the "INSERT" command. I know this because I get this error on my java server.
