Forbiden : Can't access my site

Hi

I tried to update my site and i've uploaded new files on my publc_html folders,
but I can't access the site since

my site : http://www.keeyonglee.x10hosting.com/

and i got this message when i try to access the site :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.39 Server at keeyonglee.x10hosting.com Port 80

Change the permissions on your files to 755
