WordPress problem (Blank Page) + can't add domain

Hello,
For many days my Blog WordPress has not been working, only appears a page blank. I eliminated my domain and blog to reinstalar but I cannot add it again, it appears an error in Cpanel. Exists some solution? Please they can reactivate me the function "fsockopen()" so that it works correctly.

User Cpanel: reyson
Package: Advanced
Server: Cossacks
My domain can't add: reyson.uni.cc

Your wordpress should work now, I've also removed the entries for reyson.uni.cc so you should be able to add it again.
