SMF - help needed inserting ads

Well I installed SMF and I needed to put in the ad code. So I take a look at this thread and download the first mod. I unzip it into a folder, go to admin>>packages>>download and goto upload it. I click the folder. Folder opens, it wants me to upload one of the files. I have no clue which one I should upload, or if I should upload them all separately.

So I go and try the other. Does the same.

So could someone help me with installing this mod?
