blank page problem?

Hi guys, im having a slight problem with my smf forum, everything was working ok but then i started getting a blank page when loging in/out, if i refresh the page a few times it then shows, not sure if its anything to do with theses php errors i've been reading about on here but it was fine before & ive done a complete reinstall of smf and its still the same. any help would be great, and also whats up with fantastico?? (says its been disabled in cpanel) and how long till it will be working again.

I think is because of the PHP errors you talk about. I'm having the same problem; you can solve it pressing F5 several times, but the login thing is a big pain.
