Site load extremely slow with PHP ads

Somehow few days ago it starts happening, I found my site loads pretty slowly, I checked everytime that my account detail is all online:

Server Status: HTTP: Online FTP: Online MySQL: Online Exim: Online
I then think it would prob be something with the ads, I checked other sites with the google ads(I use google adsense as well) and they load fast.

Then I checked other members site (to check is it the x10hosting ads which causing the problem) and it load fast as well(wtf).

After all that testing thingy going on, I concluded that it could be because I used the PHP version of the ads, I went and changed the ads to the jsp version and my site speed is back to normal.

You can check the loading speed of the PHP ads and JSP ads:

try to load one at a time, i.e. dont load 2 together as I tried and the JSP will load slow too while the PHP one is loading. (if you get what I mean)... ;)

Im not sure what is causing this, it could be temporary problem from the server or it could be problem from my end as I recently changed my router.

seriously, it would take like 5 minutes to load a page, it is that bad
