reactivate account email problems

hey there

i got an email telling me that my account here at x10 have been Suspended for being inactive but how can it be active if its down i last went on cpanel the day b4 everything when dead.

ooo yea this is the email i got

You have been suspended because of inactivity.You may reactive your account by going to the following link http://staff.x10hosting.com/reactivate?code=555709379 If you have problems please visit http://www.x10hosting.com/index.php

when i click the reactivate link it comes up with a 404

please help me out ive been hosted with x10 since the begining of the year and its always been active.

subdomain: articz.x10hosting.com

i would have put this post n the suspended forum but when i try to access my site it doesnt even show a supended notice it just doesnt respond

We are all having problems dude. Nothing to get upset about. The inactivity script can delete you site because its already deleted. Corey said that they did this to clean the server (You have not read the anouncements). I don't know the link to but if you run down the topics of the anouncements forums you can see what to do (The title starts "What if you account stops wroking"). Don't worry I think everything should be fine.

i have read the annoucements but this email was send only yesterday and my sites been down for a while so i thought id just make sure it was it was the clean up or not
