The cPanel on my account will not load and the FTP will connect and wait for a welcome message and then fail. Can you change which server I am on please, the one I am on now is absolutely appalling. I don't care about loss of MySQL databases or the files in my public_html folder, all of this is backed up locally. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jack

You cannot change servers.

If you are on Chopin then go to: Chopin - Announcement
