Can't connect to my website or cpanel

Last night and most of the morning I could connect to my website hosted on Starka and the cpanel just fine. Today, I can't connect to either of them. It times out. Any thoughts? Nothing in the news section says they're working on the starka server....

The hosting accounts are being transferred over to new servers, and that is causing the down time. When the accounts are transferred, the problems should be resolved. Check status.x10hosting.com for updates.

If you paid attention you'd realize my server is Starka. The only servers mentions are Stoli, Lotus and Chopin. And also, if you checked, the link you gave me says nothing about the move. If I log into my account it says it in the news list.

Starka is a new server. it is not fully configured yet. might be this downtime is because of that.
