CPanel for lotus is not working! as in it's absent!

Can anyone tell me if admin are aware that CPanel for lotus is not working!

also are you aware support ticket system has not been working for weeks? (the lenght of time my site has been down)

There has been outage after outage to the point where my site has been offline more than online and i have noticed the dramatic change in traffic as a result.

Please no 1 word/ one line answers.....

Can anyone say when this service will become stable if at all?

Admins are aware about all these issues.
Lotus is transferring to a new hardware. that why it is not working properly. Ticket system is down because of release of New Account Panel. It will be back soon.
