Shared SSL on COSSACKS Server - Problems?

Hi all,

My account is on cossacks:
http://cossacks.x10hosting.com/~mwerber

And my domain, matwerber.info, is linked to it successfully.
http://matwerber.info

However, I'm having some trouble with SSL. If I use this link:
https://matwerber.info
I get partial success in that a page comes up...but its some sort of page declaring that "Apache is working with your Cpanel and WHM Server". The browser also navigates to a directory and file that doesn't appear on my server when I FTP ("/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi").

When I try the SSL link using just the x10 server name:
https://cossacks.x10hosting.com/~mwerber/
I get a "404" not found error.

Please advise.

I have alerted an admin, though according to him, some things here and there are gonna be broken while they work on maintenance.
