Can't access my cPanel but my website is now online.

Hi!

I wrote to you about a suspension due to high resource usage. As you said, my account doesn't seem suspended, but I still can't access my cPanel. I tried to update to different passwords but in vain...And now I'm not even sure of what my password is...Could you please help me fix this? Could you reset my cPanel password?

hope this sheds some light as i think there is alot of work going on behind the scenes still that affects the free hosting cpanel , websites etc.
