Suspension an I know why but...

Hey guys I know exactly why I was suspended an in all fairness it was out of complete ignorance

my site is : zombiecrowking.x10hosting.com

I apologise first off as I regard myself to at least have a basic grasp of the web an to give this reason is pretty shameful, basically I've been logging into my account panel from your main page, after this I'd always have a quick scout around the forums on the off chance I mite be able to help someone out, as I knew even if I couldn't help as long as I logged into forums my account wouldn't be suspended.

But.....

I totally forgot that my forum account and hosting account although linked have separate login details so even though I was browsing it was worth nothing because to you it looked as though I wasn't abiding by the T&C.

Although I know it's stupid by me it was in no way meant to break bend or abuse the rules but if you feel you have to up-hold the ban that's fine as I know stupidity really shouldn't be an excuse.

As you said you are logging into account panel that is your forum username& password,

When you sign-up for the account it is clear that you agree the TOS, that you need to login every 31 days into forums to avoid inactivity.

By the way you forum account is not linked to hosting account, So most probably it is suspended and then terminated after 10 days (total 41 days) due to inactivity, Once terminated the data has lost forever.

You are free to re register for hosting account with the same forum account while linking.

although I don't know when I signed up with the username shuy3n, it did throw me when it said under my name my registration date was 2008 I just presumed it was an error.

Feel Free to delete the shuy3n username an anything it's associated with, hopefully this is the forum account linked to my site

There's at least a link to a hosting account (shuy3n) with this forum name.

If you'd prefer to have them be the same user name for both hosting and forum, I can link your hosting account to the forum account shuy3n instead for you.

Yes please that'd be far better as I use shuy3n usually as my handle.

so my account panel username pword will be the same just that the account will be linked to the forum user shuy3n, or will the acp username change also.

either way id prefer to use shuy3n thank you again

I have linked your hosting account to the forum account shuy3n

This means that for all the places you previously used zombiecrowking you now have to use shuy3n, meaning you need to use that both forum and for account panel (http://x10hosting.com/panel)
