Support Threads & Non Constructive Criticism Threads Will Be Deleted Without Notice

While we appreciate feedback by our users there are some simple rules that must be followed while leaving feedback, failure to follow these will result in your thread being deleted.

• Do not post support threads here, any support related inquiries will be deleted.
• We will not change the high resource usage policy, inactivity policy, or give you more resources. These issues have been discussed many times in this forum, new threads about them will be deleted unless the policies change.
• We only accept constructive criticism, personal attacks, swearing, etc will all be deleted without response. We are open to hearing your complaints, make sure they are provided in a constructive way.
• You must provide details to support your argument, bashing the service or providing negative comments without details as to why will get your thread deleted. Provide examples or reasons as to why you feel the way you do.
• We will not debate with you regarding policies or our answers as to why we do things. If a feedback thread turns into a debate it will be locked.
