    Hello,

    Yes. What happens is when you sign up for paid hosting, you get access to the paid support client ticket area.

    When you sign up, just create a support ticket via the paid support area and provide your server, username and any other relevant details to what you want transferred or if you want it transferred in a specific way or at a specific time or anything like that.
