ftp: either net2ftp.com/surftp.com (at work) or CuteFTP (at home) as you can edit inside the application and reupload with ease.

code: notepad - who needs anything else?? :P

gfx: adobe photoshop CS - I try not to put too many images on my sites to make it easier for mobile phone surfers

I use to test on Firefox with 'Coral IE Tabs' extension, so I can change between Firefox and IE engines very quickly and see compatibility.

I currently use SciTE, FileZilla, my friend for the graphics (he uses gimp, because he's too lazy to learn photoshop's interface). I use firefox with IE tab for the browser testing and XAMPP as my home server.
